You Will Need:

1 pound of hot sausage

1 teaspoon favorite hot sauce

Directions:

Line a baking pan with parchment paper and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients together in bowl and mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Roll the mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and meat is cooked through.

Sweet and Tangy Sausage Meatballs

You Will Need:

2 pounds sausage
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 can crushed pineapple

Directions:

Form sausage into meatballs and place into 9 x 13 baking pan. Mix together the brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, and pineapple. Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs and cover the pan with foil. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until sausage balls are cooked.
